Ms. Plotnick has taught English, English Composition, Creative Writing, ESL, yoga, dance and communication techniques to a variety of populations including US high school students, college students, foreign children and adults, immigrants, and union members. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, a Master's of Arts in English and Creative Writing from the City College of New York, and a Master's of Science for Teachers from Pace University. She is a published poet and writer and has read her work and performed in many venues in New York City. She has performed and studied dance for many years and continues to study Middle Eastern dance. She aspires to be a global citizen and has enjoyed the opportunity to travel to Brazil, Thailand, Israel, Egypt, Sweden, Venezuela, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Canada, Andorra, Norway, Puerto Rico, Mexico,the Bahamas, Spain and across the continental USA. She speaks English and Spanish, as well as some Portuguese and Hebrew.
